Deliveries & Returns

Where possible, we will endeavour to deliver your Products within five (5) working days. This is subject, however, to any delays that might unavoidably occur, including for example if Products are out of stock or in the case of an event of force majeure. We will endeavour to deliver multiple Products purchased by you in one delivery, subject to the foregoing. In any event, we will ensure that all Products are delivered within 30 days of the relevant order or else we will refund the price paid in full. If there is an excessive delay in Products being delivered, please contact us at with full details of the particular order and we will investigate the delay.

While we hope you will be happy with your purchase our returns policy is as follows;

We offer a 100% guarantee. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods you ordered for any reason, we will give you a full refund or exchange to the value of the product purchased provided you return them to us unused and in the same condition they were received with the original labels and packaging, including proof of purchase within 14 days.

Then return the faulty item back to us and we will refund or exchange the item as soon as we receive it back. We will not under any circumstances accept returns of any soiled items.
Items returned are your responsibility until they reach our return department.
We will issue a full refund within 2 -4 days excluding postage upon receipt of receiving your return within the 14 day return time from date of purchase. We will make a refund back into the card which was used for purchase.
